With over two decades of “tra-digital” experience in design, product development and a strong entrepreneurial mindset of outcomes over outputs, Paul has a deep understanding of how to build empowered teams, the power of human-centered principles and the business value of design.

With over 25+ years of in-house experience with large Fortune 500 companies and gritty startups, his work has been recognized by industry leaders, media outlets, and prestigious organizations like Forrester and L2 Gartner. Paul’s work has appeared on national television and social media campaigns, Apple's WWDC keynotes, and Super Bowl 58. His deep expertise and innovative approach have made him a sought-after advisor, mentor and speaker. As a frequent podcast guest, he brings depth and authenticity to conversations about design, leadership, innovation, and creativity.

On the 27th anniversary of Michael Hutchence’s passing, we remember not only his extraordinary talent but the deep, enigmatic presence he brought to the world. As the charismatic frontman of INXS, his voice was a bridge between vulnerability and power, and his stage presence an unforgettable fusion of raw energy and grace.

Beyond the music, Hutchence was a man whose complexity and spirit touched many lives, and whose legacy endures through his songs, his artistry, and the mark he left on the hearts of his fans around the world.
